The Historic Trenton Vibrancy Grant provides grant funding to be used by businesses within the downtown Trenton district to update their business' facade, including:

Exterior painting

Removing inappropriate or incompatible exterior finishes/materials

Restoring exterior finishes and materials

Recessing/reconfiguring of existing doors and entrances

Repairing or replacing existing storefront window systems

Signs (new, repairing, replacing and removing)

Exterior building and sign lighting, display area lighting
-
Awnings (new, repairs or replacement of existing)

Asbestos inspection
The façade grant will reimburse 50% of the project cost for a maximum of $5,000.
